Lee Campbell is an established artist working traditionally in oils and using her immediate surroundings as subject matter.
Following a series of residencies for Westminster Council (including St.Saviours Church and Grosvenor Dock) where she studied the urban riverside of Pimlico, Lee is now based on Eel Pie Island in Twickenham. She has also run painting workshops for Tate Britain and currently teaches both privately and at Heatherleys School of Fine Art, Chelsea.
Colour is used to generate different moods and to suggest hidden dimensions within familiar scenes. Her work is held in private collections worldwide.
